ACCOMMODATION TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Accommodation needs must be submitted online.
• No accommodation is valid without payment.
• Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.
• Final confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after the payment will be effected.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Between 59 and 30 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Between 29 and 10 days before the event, 75% of the total amount will be charged.
Between 9 and 0 days before the event or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to MeetME.
Refunds will be made after the congress, within 30 days, deducted for an administrative fee of € 30,00.
Accommodation is valid only on behalf of congress participant. Name change is possible with written notification only.
