• rate includes buffet breakfast, VAT
• tourist tax is additionally charged EUR 1 per person/night
• DLX rooms are in the hotel new hotel wing, facing the sea, some with balcony ; rooms will be delivered on the first come / first served basis
• classic rooms are in the old hotel wing, all with balcony, some with sea view ; rooms will be delivered on the first come / first served basis
• all rooms are two bedded
• triple or family room – on request, please contact Technical Organizer

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

No registration is valid without payment.
Upon completion of your online registration, we will send you a confirmation email and receipt by email.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 60 days before the event, no cancellation fee.
• Between 59 until 30 days before the event, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
• Between 29 until 0 days before the event, 100%  will be charged.
