Since 2009 IUS SOFTWARE Company is providing a service of legal portal www.iusinfo.hr in Croatia. In short period IUS-INFO service has expanded on the Croatian market and has become a leading provider of legal information. The portal provides access to consolidated texts of all the valid laws and regulations cross-referenced with the selected relevant case law and legal literature, judgments and selected summaries of the judgments of all courts in the Republic of Croatia and judgements of European court of justice and other European courts, expert legal opinion and legal articles, on-line income calculation tools and price lists, and other content. Company is also authorized by the Croatian Ministry of Economy, Labour and Entrepreneurship to provide education in the public procurement system. Education program is registered and carried out by experts as required by applicable regulations. As an innovator in the area of legal and business information IUS SOFTWARE has become a provider of service www.insolvinfo.hr. INSOLV-INFO is information system which enables fast and reliable searching through data about bankruptcy, pre-bankruptcy settlements, liquidations and publications of the court register. In addition, a service of daily notifications on all process procedures that are published on e-board, in the Official Gazette and on the official pages of the Financial agency is also offered.

NARODNE NOVINE

Narodne novine is a public limited company that publishes the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia as well as official and other types of forms. It also undertakes other commercial activities relating to manufacture and sale of various office and school supplies. Company’s business operations are undertaken through three basic activities (publication, printing and commercial activity) that altogether form a functional whole. Publishing activity is charged with the publication of the Official Gazette and International contracts. Such activity also includes publication of legal literature (commentaries, collections of legal regulations, textbooks and other monographies) as well as organization of legal education (e.g. conferences, seminars, workshops and educational training programs). NOVI INFORMATOR

Informator is a legal paper published by Novi informator Company. The print issue has been in circulation for the last 63 years while the digital counterpart is available online from 2011. The paper deals with an abundance of interesting and contemporary legal and economical topics. On the cover of the paper stimulating articles in the form of interviews or legal reviews are published. Such articles provide a critical retrospect of legislative, executive and judicial branch of the government, both in Croatia and the EU. The paper also publishes articles that comparatively analyse legislation and refer to useful experiences of other countries throughout the world. Informator also contains recent cases from judicial practice as well as answers to concrete questions posed in legal practice. Enclosed with the paper are supplements which deal with specific areas of law (ustavni vidici, gradnja i prostorno uređenje) as well as columns (traditio iuridica, amicus curi@e and porezi i lokalna samouprava). Throughout the 2014 and 2015 many seminars and workshops have been held and many handbooks and books have been published by Novi informator Company.
